Return & Refund Policy

At Longevix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations in line with UK consumer law.

Important: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened, unsealed, or used..

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a UK/EU customer purchasing online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

This right does not apply to:

  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalised products

Our Extended Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns window for eligible products.

To qualify:

  • Products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Supplements or consumables that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Personal care items once opened
  • Custom or special-order products

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@longevix.co.uk within 30 days of receipt
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us using a tracked service (at your own cost, unless the item is defective or sent in error)
  5. Once received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • International customers: import duties and taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged products.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card issuer (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank for any delays
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@longevix.co.uk
